Q&A with Stacey Oden, Senior Technical Product Manager at Agilysys

Stacey Oden is Senior Technical Product Manager at Agilysys, a leader in hospitality software for over 40 years. The company, which is solely focused on innovating solutions for the hospitality industry, was the recipient of the 2019 Partner Award by the Gaming & Leisure Board. Stacey has worked for Agilysys for 16 years, including in customer support/installation and account management positions. She’s a product manager who understands the day-to-day operations of hotels and resorts, and how they actually use software. She talked to Mike Sasaki, leader of the Mitek Systems global customer success team, about what’s trending in the hospitality industry.
