Mitek Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MITK) has appointed David Lyle as its Chief Financial Officer. He is set to take on this role starting January 2, 2024, succeeding Fuad Ahmad, the current interim CFO, who will continue supporting Mitek through the transition over the next few months.
