We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager (New Business) to join our high-performing team in the UK. This is your opportunity to drive strategic growth, close high-value SaaS deals, and play a pivotal role in shaping the way leading organizations verify identity and fight fraud.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage a strategic pipeline of opportunities with banks, fintechs, and e-money providers across the UK and international markets.
  • Proactively open doors, build relationships, and close deals at C-level and across multiple business functions.
  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to RFPs, solution presentations, and contract negotiation.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and thought-leadership activities to maximize engagement.
  • Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools to manage activity, track pipeline, and ensure high-quality reporting.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by becoming a subject matter expert in Identity Verification and KYC technologies.

What You Need

  • 5+ years’ proven success in new business sales within Financial Services, Banking, or e-Money sectors.
  • Strong track record of selling SaaS solutions (ideally Identity Verification, Digital Fraud Prevention, or related complex tech).
  • Exceptional ability to open doors, build trust, and influence senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, digital, operations, and transformation teams.
  • Skilled at needs assessment, solution selling, and value-based conversations.
  • Confident negotiator with experience in closing large, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven by results – with the mindset of an entrepreneur and the energy of a team player.
