The Global People Operations Generalist is a pivotal extension of our People team, playing a central role in delivering a seamless and impactful employee experience. This individual will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to support execution and continuously enhance our employee lifecycle programs, benefits, engagement initiatives, and compliance processes. You’ll be a connector and a culture champion helping us build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace across the globe.
Location Preference: This is a fully remote position supporting global employees. While candidates from other locations are welcome to apply, preference will be given to those based on the East Coast of the United States or in the United Kingdom.
What You Will Do (Essential Responsibilities):
- Support global onboarding and offboarding processes inclusive of initial outreach, first day onboarding meetings, delivery of materials, and iterative improvements based on feedback
- Maintain employee lifecycle data in HRMS system (Dayforce) ensuring accuracy supporting reporting, dashboards and audits
- Coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition programs, pulse surveys, and driving both local and virtual events, contributing to our connected workplace
- Support leave tracking and ensure accurate, timely communication of any changes to payroll each month to maintain up-to-date compensation records
- Administer global benefits programs across the US, UK, Spain, and Mexico, including new hire enrollments, termination, changes, and invoice reconciliation
- Provide first-level employee relations guidance; partner with People Partners to ensure regional policy alignment and legal compliance.
- Support audits (internal/external), policy updates, and documentation compliance across employment regulations
- Support compensation processes (merit, bonus reviews) and contribute to salary benchmarking and people analytics reporting
- Provide immigration support including coordination with external immigration partners for visa processing and relocation logistics

What You'll Need (Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- BS in human resources, business or related field or the equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally in a generalist capacity in a global, technology environment
- Demonstrated experience in benefits administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle support
- Experience leveraging people analytics to enhance decision making
- Technical proficiency in HRMS systems, MS office suite and use of social media and AI technologies
- Detail-oriented with a high level of data accuracy and documentation integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional certification appreciated (CIPD, PHR or SHRM-CP)
- Proficiency in Spanish desired but not required
