Jim has over 25 years of experience in senior executive management for global technology companies. During his tenure at Mitek, Jim introduced and championed Mobile Deposit® for which he is co-inventor of five patents. A renown industry thought leader on identity and mobile computing, Jim is a passionate advocate for digital inclusion, championing the expansion of mobile imaging technology into digital commerce, payments and enrollment applications for the financial services, telecoms, travel, education, and healthcare industries. Prior to Mitek, Jim led Qualcomm’s Internet Service division and held leadership positions in several innovative internet and wireless startups, including a mobile telecom and logistics company headquartered in Shanghai, PRC. Jim holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He was recognized as a Rotary Scholar at the University of Singapore where he studied Economics and Chinese.
