What You’ll Do (Role Description)

You will be an integral member of the Mitek’s Barcelona team, responsible for Tier-3 support for customers using our mobile capture/identity verification products.


  • Working to resolve product incidents of this level of scope and/or difficulty, coordinating with our helpdesk for follow-up on these incidents
  • Working with the Release Manager for implementation of solutions with the client, generating internal and user technical documentation for future use. 
  • You will work with our helpdesk team to answer questions related to the integration of Icar Vision's products with Mitek

What You Need (Skills/Experience/Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, telecommunications or related field
  • 2-3+ years' experience programming in C++ (Visual Studio)
  • Experience using Git
  • Basic knowledge programming in Android/iOS
  • Basic knowledge programming in JavaScript
  • Fluent in English and Spanish


  • Previous experience in a similar job capacity
  • Ability to speak Portuguese
