What You’ll Do (Role Description)

As a Sr. Strategic Account Manager, you will generate business from assigned customers and prospects across key markets such as financial services, travel & leisure, payments, sharing economy, ecommerce and others.

You will:

  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face, which can be solved with our Mobile Capture and Identity Verification Solutions
    • Close new, cross-sell / up-sell business consistently at or above quota level
    • Serve as a brand enthusiast with customers for Mitek’s suite of identity products
    • Develop account plans and work collaboratively with marketing, product and customer success departments to execute them
    • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • Build strategic plans and a broad contact base in each assigned account
  • Build and effectively communicate persona-specific narratives, along with business ROIs to link our value with client goals.

What You Need (Skills/Experience)

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Experience within a fast-growing sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
  • Experience selling to large companies at executive or “C” levels
  • Ability to effectively communicate client needs to internal stakeholders and align resources to serve client needs
  • Evidence that you are a top producer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 25% of your peers) and/or an over-quota/President's Club type
  • 10+ years of strategic account management and selling experience
  • A powerful work ethic
  • Tons of energy, passion, a good sense of humor and general curiosity

  • Facility with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com
