This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Global Product Marketing team at Mitek Systems. The Product Marketing function heads up market intelligence and builds compelling value proposition and messaging around Mitek’s Identity Verification product Mobile Verify, spearheading the enablement of internal and channel teams to articulate the value to customers and prospects. We are looking for an exceptional and seasoned Product Marketer to support our UK & European expansion and drive strategic business goals for the region. The role will be based in London with responsibilities for regional market intelligence and Go-To-Market. You will work closely with regional Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success teams. 

What you will do

  • Drive regional market intelligence initiatives creating Market Requirements Documents including market sizing, industry verticals specific use cases & value chain insights and in-depth competitive analysis
  • Develop regional product positioning and messaging that differentiates Mitek’s identity verification solutions, Mobile Verify ™
  • Build out a core set of localized content that helps regional teams articulate product vision, capabilities and differentiation.
  • Become the subject matter expert around how the customer selects solutions and their buying criteria
  • Represent Mitek at regional industry events, forums and webinars
  • Develop and drive programs to frame and track competitive landscape, understand target markets and identify market insights to inform product strategies and go-to-market activities
  • Lead the sales enablement of Direct Sales and supports Channel teams. Articulating the value proposition and development of sales tools that support the sales process
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including public relations, design and product stakeholders) to deliver world class product marketing communications
  • Support demand generation efforts with content and tools for the Lead Gen team, including case studies, customer testimonials, whitepapers, videos, etc.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B Enterprise software space, preferably marketing to Financial Institutions / FinTech & Marketplaces (e.g. sharing or gig economy)
  • Demonstrated success in presenting product, and speaking, at industry and partner events
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence based cloud services
  • Experience building sales tools to enable go-to-market teams and drive competitive wins
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with Designers, Developers, Marketing Managers, and other Product Managers in an Agile organization
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Track record of successful cloud service offerings in the enterprise space
  • Proficiency with English language

What would be nice

  • Multilingual – proficiency with Spanish and Dutch preferred

  • Experience in a banking environment
