What You’ll Do (Role Description)

The Solutions Architect will play an important role in the post-sales/implementation phase of our products with our customers. They’ll work directly with the customer, with both leadership and technical personnel, in order to successfully embed our MiSnap mobile capture technologies into existing platforms and applications for identity verification of their customers making use of their products. 


  • Have complete visibility of the project
  • Collaboration with internal/external teams to develop robust solutions
  • Accurately scope out and communicate the project implementation efforts to the custome
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact throughout the customer onboarding process
  • Educate customers on Mitek product offerings, integration techniques, and best practices
  • Preparation of documentation and technical information: documents, webinars, etc.
  • Work closely with the teams of clients/partners to understand their development environment
  • Support and assist customer with end-to-end troubleshooting when issues arise
  • Capture and provide valuable customer feedback for product improvements
  • Remain highly organized in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Follow up on the incidences

What You Need (Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunicatins engineering, MIS, BSEE, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, or enterprise architecture
  • Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture
  • Knowlegde in Cloud services and mobile technologies
  • Working knowledge of web service technologies (Web APIs, REST, SOAP, WCF, JSON, XML)
  • Familiarity with industry standard tools used for development and debugging (Postman, Fiddler)
  • Very valuable previous experience in the major sectors in which MITEK sells its products: banking and telcos
  • Knowledge of mobile landscape and trends desired
  • Proven customer facing experience and solutions based consulting
  • Experience and knowledge of effective project methodologies and practices
  • Proven project management skills
  • Problem-solving ability: identify and elevate performance issues through the appropriate channels; take initiative to resolve problems with high quality
  • Strong communication: interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to effectively support and motivate a team virtually
