What will you do?
- Drive product roadmap and facilitate the deliveries of value to our customers
- Actively participate in product discovery and validation process
- Work with the team as Agile mentor
- Motivate the team to be a self-sufficient unit and bring clarity of the goals
- Plan and manage releases with the team
- Participate in Customer’s Success and support
- Track the product metrics, analyze and use them for data-based decision making
What do you need to fit in this role?
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid technical background, good knowledge of SDLC, Product Management approaches and best practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English, other languages is a plus.
- Self-starter, relentlessly organized, has experience with managing a product backlog and making tough calls with respect to priority, release and/or roadmap decisions.
- An analytical thinker capable of data-driven decisions and creative and approaches to solving problems.
- Thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent soft skills, inter-personal relationship abilities and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about combining cutting-edge technology with best practices in agile and lean – can make the right things happen quickly and with clear plans for delivery.
- You are a great communicator with the ability to brief and influence key stakeholders on complex and wide-ranging issues.
- Proven time management and prioritization skills with the articulation of best practice techniques.
- Experience with defining and managing SDKs / customer-facing APIs.
- Familiarity with working with PII (Personally Identifiable Information), paired with an understanding of the significance of handling PII).
- Desired technical background and knowledge in the area of biometrics (voice/face) or AI/MLAbility to work in a shifted time zone.
