We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist. You will be part of our amazing Marketing team for SE & Latam, reporting to our Marketing director. This full-time position can be remote-based or in our office near Barcelona.

You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, execution and measurement of targeted, end-to-end ABM campaigns in the region.

We think of you as a self-motivated individual, proactive and eager to learn our different products and strategies in order to execute successful campaigns.

We will offer you a 6-8 months temporary contract (maternity leave) with the possibility to consolidate your job at the end of this period.

What will you do?

  • Partner closely with GoToMarket teams to create relevant, engaging multi-channel ABM campaigns for selected accounts in their regions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Mitek global marketing to ensure optimal implementation of ABM campaigns.
  • Engage with Product Marketing to deliver relevant messaging and content.
  • Proactively communicate and educate sales teams on ABM initiatives, and coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Engage with business development and partner teams to track lead flow and support timely campaign follow up.
  • Create, maintain and analyze pipeline dashboards and key metrics in Salesforce.
  • Create innovative ABM programs leveraging multiple digital channels such as LinkedIn, paid search, ABM display, email and content syndication channels.
  • Primary liaison with sales representatives and account teams for targeted accounts list.
  • Analyze and report on campaigns.

What do you need to be a good fit for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing with similar responsibilities.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
  • Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce/Pardot), and content management Systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis also well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and writing skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent team player.
  • Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
