At Mitek, we are engineering mobile-first cloud technologies that bridge the physical and digital worlds, designing products that create security and efficiency around common consumer transactions. Our Agile team is searching for a Scrum Master (we call it Agile Team Coach internally) to be a cultivator and change agent for our identity verification teams in our San Diego, CA headquarters.
This is an early-career position for an Agile practitioner with ~2 years of experience or more, who has a strong desire to learn from experts and build on the Agile fundamentals they already know.
Why do you need another Scrum Master/Agile Team Coach? We're growing, and FAST! Mitek is the premier software company in the global digital identity verification industry. Our customers come to us for best-in-class solutions enabling their consumers to transact easily, securely, and remotely via online channels, now more than ever.
What will I do in this role? You’ll instruct and facilitate our teams on thorough planning and execution of every sprint and release, and foster productive, healthy habits and a positive flow in our work environment.
Excited about cutting-edge technology? You’ll directly influence modern features including facial biometrics, image capture technology, and ID card verification, backed by our focus on machine learning and AI.
Do you really have an Agile culture? Yes! Not only do we embody Agile practices across our company, we focus on surrounding our team members with people who are enthusiastic about working, learning, and growing, and most importantly, having fun together!
