Mitek is seeking qualified candidates for a Solutions Sales role, to be based at our strategically important offices in London. As one of the hunters in the UK sales office, you will develop and implement growth strategies to generate business from a defined list of future clients. Key markets being financial services, payments, sharing economy and e-commerce. Your primary market will be upper mid-sized and large companies in UK and Ireland. You will close opportunities whilst building cross business relationships to expand the offering into new lines of businesses and identifying new use-cases. Additionally, you will generate business from assigned enterprise target accounts. Target customers will typically consist of upper mid-sized to large-enterprise companies. In addition to creating your own opportunities, you will benefit from Mitek investments in the area of lead generation.

What you will do

  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face, which can be solved with our Mobile Capture and Identity Verification Solutions.
  • Close new, and cross-sell/up-sell, business consistently at or above quota level
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast with customers for Mitek’s suite of identity products
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and product departments to execute sales strategy
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

What you need

  • Demonstrated history of landing, expanding, retaining and growing key client accounts
  • 5+ years of enterprise selling experience
  • Experience selling high-tech, cloud-based or SaaS products - Fintech or Identity/ID verification products would be ideal
  • Experience within a fast-growing sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
  • Evidence that you are a top producer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 25% of your peers) and/or an over-quota/President's Club-type
  • Tons of energy, passion, a good sense of humor and general curiosity
  • Street smart and cognisant of changes in the industry / regulatory requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time throughout UKI with occasional trips to Continental Europe and San Diego
