Product Managment

What You’ll Do (Role Description)

The chosen candidate will perform a range of duties, including researching, creating and sharing statistics, analyzing customer traffic for gaps in our product offerings and performing quality checks on product performance. He/she will be part of the Product Management team, working closely with Product Owners of these identity products, Customer Success, Professional Services and Sales. 


  • Lead continuous improvement over the global coverage of our products, researching changes to ID documents across countries (including identifying new document templates)
  • Be the point person for our global and Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services teams regarding questions about our identity products
  • Research ID document verification techniques for defining product enhancements
  • Collect and analyze customer data for recommendations on how they can improve their results
  • Maintain externally facing documents describing our coverage
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services for pre-sales, onboarding and post-sales work to ensure customer success
  • Perform tests of customer transactions, collecting statistics, analyzing and identifying patterns / issues to be addressed
  • Partner with Customer Success to provide an additional level of investigation of customer-specific performance issues to provide actionable feedback to the customer
  • Analyze the effects of putting IDV in different phases of customers' workflowParticipate in POCs by monitoring traffic for anomalies

Who You Are (Soft Skills, Attributes)

  • Self-starter, relentlessly organized, has experience with managing a product backlog and voicing opinions on priority, release and/or roadmap decisions
  • Great communication skills - experience communicating to key stakeholders and influencing/leading members from a wide range of internal groups
  • Passionate about combining bleeding edge technology with best practices in agile and lean – can make the right things happen quickly and with clear plans for delivery

What You Need (Skills/Experience/Abilities)

  • BA or BS degree in a technical, analytics, business, mathematics or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and managing small-medium projects
  • Experience driving results within a product development environment, interacting with development, product and sales teams
  • Experience creating professional documentation
  • Proven experience with doing research and finding methods to solve business critical problems
  • Must be a self-starter, with a relentless attention to detail, has experience with managing numerous requests on their time and executing effectively
  • Must have great written and verbal communication skills which will be applied to both internal and external recipients
  • Knowledge and experience in any area of the Identity Proofing or Mobile Fraud Prevention eco-systems is highly desirable – strong interest in being immersed in this area a must
  • Exposure to mobile imaging and/or experience managing products serving the financial and payments industry highly desirable
  • Experience with Tableau reporting highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills 
  • Willingness and ability to travel – up to 20% of time
