What You’ll Do (Role Description)

We’re growing rapidly, and the Mitek Northern American region is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to develop integrated campaigns that attract new customers, expand product adoption and usage within existing customers, and build pipeline. 

You are a passionate marketer and have experience driving multichannel marketing initiatives and delivering integrated campaigns.  You’re a self-starter and you know all the channels - digital, email, marketing automation, lead nurturing, paid media, SEO, events, print etc.

As the Northern American Marketing Campaign Manager you will be responsible to originate  and lead demand generation and regional marketing activities, ranging from tactical to large-scale, multifaceted marketing campaigns. You will develop and deploy regionally relevant campaigns in support of Northern American business objectives.


  • Build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and activities to create pipeline and generate new leads
  • Develop and secure approval for regional marketing plans and budgets
  • Direct cross-functional, cross- organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of campaigns
  • Define ABM metrics/goals/ benchmarks and track/report progress against them
  • Research new vendor and program opportunities that generate leads at target accounts
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance and the effectiveness of marketing spend
  • Work with teams to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within a well-structured ABM approach
  • Work with internal marketing services as well as external agencies to ensure world-class quality marketing materials are produced across, web content, digital assets, offers, emails, ads, graphics, webinars, videos, and tradeshow branding
  • Develop/define customer segmentation strategies and collaborate with sales, presales and SDR teams to execute as a consolidated effort
  • Work closely with operations team to continuously analyze operational process to find and implement new efficiencies
  • Continuously drive innovation tied to campaign execution

What You Need (Skills/Experience/Abilities)

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or marketing/communications is preferred
  • 5+ years in campaign management
  • 3+ years preferred experience in technology marketing
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot/Eloqua/Marketo/etc.)  
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
