We are looking for a qualified People Operations Coordinator to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. There is  a huge focus on recruitment as we are a fast growing company.

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices like recruitment, performance- and talent management, employee relations but is also very precise to do the HR administration. You will communicate with managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes

Responsibilities

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Do the full recruitment process from job profile, recruitment, hiring to administration on the payroll/HRIS
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build the Mitek culture and increase productivity and retention
  • Compensation & benefits in line with company policy & culture
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

What You Need (Education/Licenses/Certifications, Experience, Knowledge, Technical Skills and Abilities)

  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner for at least 5 years
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation of Spain
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Spanish & Catalan mother tongue
  • Excellent English communications skills both verbal as written
  • French is a pre
