Mitek's Marketing team is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for software/SaaS products to focus on the North America market. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the primary market segments and the associated market needs to both develop and execute regionalized marketing campaigns and product launches for digital and traditional events to drive awareness and revenue.
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will need to be a confident and contemporary marketer that can switch between strategy and execution of digital and traditional marketing. You will draw on your experience to leverage all facets of marketing to drive demand while working hand in hand with stakeholders across our sales, product and marketing functions. You will influence cross-functional teams, demonstrating your communication skills to support your function as the events marketing partner within our broader go-to-market team.
Who you are
- An expert in executing regional marketing campaigns with a deep understanding of the associated tools including Pardot, Salesforce and Asana
- Experienced in delivering great trade show marketing and strategic Mitek pop-up events such as summits and private dinners/lunches
- A great communicator, able to represent the company at marketing events
- A master at time management, looking after multiple campaigns, delivering on timelines, working to budgets, and looking after multiple stakeholder groups
- A team player, working in a marketing matrix structure delivering alongside product, content, digital marketing and PR experts
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or additional equivalent work experience
- 10+ years overall marketing experience required; with minimum 7 years of event and email marketing demand generation experience in marketing roles at software/SaaS-focused companies
- Pardot Certification
- Proven success in delivering ROMI through measurable demand tactics at a software company
- Ability to work hand-in-hand with sales teams to achieve a great sales-marketing interlock with alignment on campaign processes and outcomes
- Personality, energy and professionalism to represent the company at industry events
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in working cross-functionally to influence decision makers and drive results
