The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding the primary market segments and the associated customer needs to support the development and execute regionalised marketing campaigns that drive awareness and revenue in Northern Europe.  

Mitek’s Digital Marketing Manager must be a confident digital marketer who can leverage all marketing facets to engage with customers and meet associated goals. This role involves supporting cross-functional teams. 

• Assist in creating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns across major digital channels (social media, display ads, content syndication, etc) to achieve growth targets. 

• Support strategies to maximise customer lifetime value by reducing churn, optimising upsell/cross-sell rates, and encouraging customer referrals. 

• Work across the marketing function (product and operations) to develop, own and implement regional lead generation programmes. 

• Assist in evaluating marketing activities' return on investment (ROI), tracking key metrics across all marketing initiatives to report back across the business. 

• Monitor, report and optimise the performance of marketing campaigns. 

• Maintain, communicate and promote the internal activity calendar externally. 

• Work with regional sales teams to develop and enhance lead generation activity through digital channels with ROI front of mind.  

• Develop partnerships with sales to deliver a seamless digital experience for customers and prospects, optimising for lead conversion from start to finish. 

Who You Are (Soft Skills):

  • Communication: Clear and concise communication, skilled in creating compelling content, delivering presentations, and adapting to various communication needs. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives. 
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including coordinating and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven with strong analytical curiosity and a test-and-learn approach. 

What You Need (Qualifications):

  • Proven experience: 3 to 5 years of overall marketing experience, with at least 3 years in digital demand generation roles. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience executing digital marketing tactics, knowledge of associated tools and proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot. 
  • Team Experience: Experience being part of a demand generation team that supported a B2B sales/revenue function.  
  • Market and Industry Expertise: Previous experience in B2B SaaS in UK/Europe. 
  • Availability to travel (2-3 times p/y across Europe and the US). 

What would be nice (preferred skills & experience): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. 
  • A growth mindset and an eager learner who is interested and passionate about digital demand generation best practices. 
  • Experience in the domain of identity or financial information services (FIS) is highly advantageous. 
  • Willingness tovisit the team and stakeholders in our London office (London Bridge)3-4 times monthly.

£38,000 - £65,000 a year
The base salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience level, performance during the recruitment process, and alignment with Mitek's culture. Of course, we always strive to consider the candidate's salary expectations.
