ID R&D is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to be an essential contributor to our sales and marketing team at an exciting time in the company.

You will own the early funnel, which means developing and implementing demand generation and lead generation strategies that make the most of our content, helping the team to plan and execute the campaign and events calendars, coordinating campaigns with go-to-market plans, and leveraging technology to measure, report, and optimize lead generation performance.

You will use a mix of paid search, email, social media, webinars, and video as you see fit to build brand awareness, drive demand, and foster growth in lead quantity and quality. To do so will require that you take on some marketing operations responsibilities and use the marketing tech stack to its full potential. You will set KPIs and report on SEO, website activity, and lead flow, and optimize your efforts for constant improvement. 

What you bring

  • Skills and abilities typically associated with 5 or more years of technology marketing experience 
  • 3 years of digital marketing execution success with paid search, social, email, webinars, events 
  • Tech stack fluency: Google Ads/Analytics, CRM, marketing automation, Mailchimp, Brightedge, Wordpress
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a comparable field, or an equivalent amount of professional experience

What you'll do

  • Assume responsibility for ongoing demand generation and lead generation activities
  • Develop and implement a lead generation and nurturing strategy and plan 
  • Design, plan, and manage integrated marketing programs that drive brand engagement, generate high-quality leads, and help those leads advance through the sales funnel
  • Plan and execute an impactful marketing campaign calendar Identify key performance indicators and relevant metrics 
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide visibility into program results
  • Manage day-to-day development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Leverage a mix of paid search, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events 
  • Master the marketing technology stack to automate, analyze, and optimize
  • Coordinate your digital campaigns with other marketing and sales initiatives 
  • Maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics across marketing efforts
  • Help coordinate our exhibition events around the globe

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
