What You’ll Do (Role Description)

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will research assigned markets to build a pipeline of partner acquisition targets, acquire new channel partners and be responsible for the sell through of Mitek solutions through our partner platforms and organizations.

In addition, you will grow revenue of assigned current channel partners, solidifying new opportunities for expansion within accounts.  Mitek is growing rapidly, and so too is the market consumption of our identity technologies. We are seeking sharp, capable sales representatives that can creatively grow our business.  


  • Lead all aspects of sales engagements to acquire new partners and drive sell through
  • Hunt and close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective partners and customers face, which can be solved with our Identity products
  • Outbound prospecting to define and engage prospective channel partners
  • Qualification and prioritization of prospects
  • Drive sales process through calls, onsite meetings, RFP responses, negotiations, and contracting
  • Drive partner enablement and GTM activities to ensure signed partners successfully launch and deliver results
  • Lead ongoing partner management to ensure long-term success in achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Serve as a brand champion with customers for Mitek’s suite of identity products
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, product, legal and customer success departments to execute sales strategy
  • Lead onsite partner trainings to continuously evangelize and educate partner organizations on Mitek solutions and identity verification market
  • Serve as extension of partner sales teams to drive initial in-market success and complex strategic wins

What You Need (Skills/Experience/Abilities)

  • 5+ years of SaaS selling experience to enterprise level accounts 
  • Experience within a fast-growing sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
  • Evidence that you are a top producer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 25% of your peers) and/or an over-quota/President's Club-type
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Startup experience preferred

  • Use of MS Office Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce.com
