What You’ll Do (Role Description)

As a Channel Sales Director EMEA at Mitek, you will own and lead the Channel Partner strategy and its execution in the EMEA region.

You will:

  • Write, present and execute the Channel Partner strategy plan for the region
  • Qualify and develop our existing Channel Partners and System Integrations,
  • Write and execute Channel Development Plans
  • Target new Channels for the various market verticals, and in different European countries.
  • Be responsible for the revenue growth across the Channel, and deliver consistent at or above quota level
  • Be a strong advocate for Mitek its products and services towards the Channel Paertners and its Enterprise Customers
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective Channel Partners and customers face, which can be solved with our Identity Verification products
  • Drive partner enablement and GTM activities to ensure signed Channel Partners successfully launch and deliver results
  • Lead ongoing Channel Partner management to ensure long-term success in achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast with customers for Mitek’s suite of identity products
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and product departments to execute sales strategy

What You Need (Skills/Experience/Abilities) 

  • Experience within a fast-growing sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
  • Evidence that you are a top producer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 25% of your peers) and/or an over-quota/President's Club type
  • 5+ years of Channel Development and Enterprise selling experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Startup experience preferred

  • Use of MS Office Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce.com
