You will be the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of existing client accounts with core responsibility for retention, growth maximization and ensuring clients derive maximum value from our services through close working with the internal Client Success team.

You will work closely with clients to identify needs and opportunities and address these with the existing product's capabilities.  

What will you do? (essential responsibilities)

  • Management of multiple accounts across all sectors.
  • Develop valuable, trusted, positive working relationships with all client touchpoints.
  • Drive client retention, and renewals, with a clear focus on client satisfaction. 
  • Understand and assess the threat of competitive activity within the accounts under management. 
  • Clear, planned to upsell and cross-sell activity across accounts to ensure maximum deployment of HooYu capability within a client. 
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure clients derive maximum value from the Identify platform.
  • Understand any causes for client success or failure and drive requirements for a product or process enhancement and development as needed.
  • Leverage quantitative data to manage and hence affect client usage at all times.  
  • Work with marketing to help the creation of new PR and Test Cases from the account base.
  • Assist in the delivery of events (both online and face-to-face), and the definition of valuable content to engage the installed client base 
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure strict payment controls and support their efforts as required.
  • Manage client activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues 
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior client service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.
  • Assist in the creation of improvements to client management and satisfaction be that through the use of enhanced reporting, better communications, or any other method.
  • Compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards. 

What do you need? (to be a good fit for this role)

  • 2+ years’ experience in Client Success and/or Account Management.
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage a variety of audiences at all levels of a business.
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables. 
  • Business acumen, sound decision-making, analytical and organizational skills, a highly consultative approach to managing an array of client relationships. 
  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. 
  • Passion about business and dissatisfaction with the status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated.
