Software QA Engineer

Leading Image Analytics company is seeking a talented and experienced QA professional responsible for testing applications and SDKs (software development kits), using both desktop and web-based programs.

Required skills:

• 4 years minimum experience in software QA role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to write test plans
• Excellent knowledge of MS Windows operating systems, e.g. Registry, installation scripts, search paths, OCX registration, etc.
• Hands-on MS Vista experience (UAC, Virtual Store, etc.)
• Basic understanding of IIS configuration

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of some of the following programming languages to write and maintain test programs: C++, C#, VB, VB.NET, JavaScript
• SDK testing experience
• Test automation tools experience
